J & R Refrigeration and Electrical believe in the employment of apprentices in both the Electrical and Mechanical field to promote the training of future tradespersons. We also believe that apprentices need to be trained in service work, not only construction, to produce well rounded tradespersons of the future. We rotate our apprentices every 3 months to enable exposure to all aspects of the trades during all seasons of the year.

J & R Refrigeration and Electrical currently employ 25 apprentices across both disciplines, across service, marine and construction. In addition, J & R Refrigeration also actively promotes the training of indigenous apprentices.
